The Clubhouse services the Community as a gathering place for its parties such as the Pool Opening, Halloween and other seasonal events.  Residents can use the Clubhouse for smaller gathers involving community interest.  The Clubhouse can also be rented under the terms of the Clubhouse Rental Agreement, of which some terms are summarized below:

1.  No more than one hundred (100) people can attend as that is the maximum allowed by the Fire Marshall.
2.  Only the Clubhouse facility can be used.  The swimming pool, pool deck, tennis courts or any other Association property are not included.
3.  Hours of use are specifically defined, which are no later than 1:00 A.M. on Friday and Saturday nights or holiday seasons, and no later than midnight for events scheduled Sunday through Thursday nights.
4.  The event cannot be designed for the monetary profit of anyone individual.
5.  House Rules must be followed.   
6.  You must be 21 years or older to rent the Clubhouse and must be present during its use.
