You have different options for paying your bills and reviewing information on our community: the CMA Portal and this website. If you have not already signed up for your CMA Portal login and this website login in, please read the following. While the email you provide Sentinel on the River will be the same needed for CMA Portal registration, you may need different passwords for each site due to the differing protocols for setting passwords. However, you may go directly to the CMA Portal without logging into Sentinel on the River.
CMA PORTAL LOGIN
Our property management company is Community Management Associates, Inc. (CMA) and our property manager is Judy LeFave. CMA has set up a portal by which you can pay bills on line. The CMA Portal also provides access to information on meetings, financial statements, requesting access to the swimming pool and make and track Architectural Review Committee Approval Requests and renting or reserving the Clubhouse.
Instructions on CMA login or requesting for login permission can be found at CMA Portal Login. Once you have established your access with CMA you may simply go to CMA Website click "Owner Login" under Owners:
