The Clubhouse services the Community as a gathering place for its parties such as the Pool Opening, Halloween and other seasonal events.   The Clubhouse can also be rented under the terms of the  Sentinel on the River Clubhouse Application and Rental Agreement. 

To rent the Clubhouse login to the CMA portal at https://cmacommunities.com.  After login open “My Items”; then “Submit a Request”; and then “Reservation”.  You will be directed as follows:

1) Select the Date of Rental and complete the rental form via the amenity calendar portal. A signed and completed Clubhouse rental agreement MUST be included in the request. Agreements are located in your portal Documents (Amenities).

2) Once you have submitted your request, rental fee and damage deposit charges will be added to your account, and you can submit your payment. The most convenient way to pay is to make your payment online for the total rental fee and damage deposit. You may also mail in your payments via the instructions in the Rental Agreement.  See Paragraph 14.

3) Upon confirmation, you will receive an email with any additional rental information. 

4) Please note that rentals that require a Rental Fee and Damage Deposit must be made within three (3) days of your request made on-line through the CMA Portal.  Special requests and accommodation must be approved by your Association Manager and/or Board committee.  A request may be denied if you have a balance or are not within the minimum rental request timeframe.

To ensure availability, applications must be submitted not less than 30 days before the planned event.  Please be sure to sign and initial the Rental Agreement, including the Clubhouse and Facilities Rules (Attachment I) and Pool Rules and Regulations (Attachment II).

If you are requesting to use the Clubhouse for a “community event” be sure to check the box in the Rental Agreement.  If approved, you would then be able to use the Clubhouse at no Rental Fee.  Please note you must agree to the other terms of the Application and Rental Agreement, including CMA posting to your account the costs of damages and paying for any damage caused by you using the Clubhouse.
